MDC (Mutambara faction) has suspended members of its party that includes MP for Nkayi South, Abednico Bhebhe and secretary for defence Job Sikhala with immediate effect on charges of misconduct. Sikhala has of late been vocal accusing the party president Arthur Mutambara of having utterances that depict a close association with Zanu PF. Bhebhe stirred controversy when MDC-T president Morgan Tsvangirai chose him for the post of Minister of Water Resources and Infrastructure Development in a move widely suspected as a goodwill gesture for influencing fellow MDC MPs to vote for MDC T Lovemore Moyo for the speaker of parliament position. 4/23/2009 Pic by Bold Hungwe
